Really good staff AND prime Location
prime location excellent service
the LOCATION is excellent, just a short walk from key transport hubs. the staff demonstrated amazing kindness, eager to assist with any request. i particularly appreciated their helpfulness with directions and local tips. even a brief one night stay offered a nice experience, thanks to excellent service.
i found a minor issue with pricing considering the overall offering, especially during peak season. the charges, while expected, felt slightly disproportionate to the value received.

ideal location and great service
ideal location ski hire breakfast choices
the hotel is near the ski lift, specifically about 150m to the sunnegga lift. i found a good ski hire shop directly opposite the lift, very convenient. the breakfast had good choices, and i liked the swiss meats and cheeses.
the carpet in the room looked a bit dirty.

the hotel includes three types of saunas, with an aromatherapy sauna, i found especially relaxing after long days. there is also a restaurant downstairs. guests receive a ten percent discount when dining there.

this hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the main train station, and a similar distance to the start of the main shopping street. i enjoyed that it was only fifteen minutes from a trail with a lovely viewpoint.

Top Notch Hotel
convenient location short walk viewpoint trail
The hotel had a convenient location. I could easily walk less than ten minutes to the train station. The start of main street shopping and restaurants was also less than ten minutes away. A lovely viewpoint trail overlooking the village was only fifteen minutes away. I appreciated the short walk to most attractions.
My room's decor was a bit tired looking, but this did not affect my stay much.

delicious food shuttle service spacious room broken heater ice cold tile unresolved issue
The breakfast had a WONDERFUL spread and the food tasted delicious. The hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearest train station. The room was spacious and very clean.
The heater in the bathroom was not working , we just left the door open to keep it warm. The tile floor was ice cold. Staff looked at it but could not fix it.

quiet room, good location
quiet room convenient location varied breakfast good dinner
the room was quiet, this was something i really needed. the location worked well because i could walk to town quickly. the breakfast was a delight with many choices each morning. i also enjoyed the hotel restaurant for dinner one night.
the bathroom heater did not work, so the floor felt cold. i put a towel down to help.
